How to start the program

  1. In order to download the software, you need to click on the Download TeamViewer button below or follow this link: https://get.teamviewer.com/helpitst
  2. After the download is complete, please run the file:TeamViewerQS

When you run the file, you will see the window shown in the image. Please type in your name after starting the program. That will help us to distinguish you from our other clients easily and more clearly.

How the work process goes

If you wish, you can start a chat with the support assistant during the process. To do that, please click on the icon below the description field. This action will open an additional chat window (shown in the image). This way, you can have a real-time conversation with the employee working on your case.

On your screen, you can observe in real-time what your support assistant is working on. Upon completion of the work, our employee will terminate the connection. If you wish to terminate the session by yourself, you can do so at any time by clicking the Cancel button.

More options you can use

If you do not want to monitor the work process, or our employee is unable to contact you during your working hours, you can leave your computer turned on. In this case, we will end the session after finishing our work.

How to remove TeamViewer from your computer

If you do not want the software to remain on your computer after we have completed our work, please delete the downloaded .exe file. Since the version we provide does not require installation on your device, you do not need to do anything else.
